ONLINE PROGRAMS
I’ve often been asked by my patients about whether I had an online pregnancy and postnatal program.
Truthfully it has been on my mind for a long time, but always seemed like too much work for someone with limited IT skills!
As luck would have it, I met Courtney Brown (pre and postnatal and nutrition coach) in 2022 while she was pregnant with her first, and we decided to join forces and we developed two programs:
1. Strength Training for the Athletic Mumma
2. Postpartum Return to Training
In 2024 we had grown our business enough to form our company, Strong Mummas Club.
Strong Mummas Club is our passion project, and we are so proud of what we created.
We are both mums of two kids, and know how important strength training has been in our pregnancy and recovery.
Our mission is to share that with as many mums as possible.
Our programs include week by week programs, demonstration videos, education, and more.
